1. What's the Minimum Order Quantity?
Our MOQ varies in accordance with different part items, please talk with us when you have the exact demands.
2. How is product quality ensured?
All of our products are strictly produced with requirements of the ISO9001, CE... Certifications. We have our own Purchasing Management Systems that supervise the purchasing, production, and delivery procedures comprehensively and scientifically. Besides, we provide 12 months warranty period for transport refrigeration units, and 7*24h on line services.
3. If the custom-made products are available in your company?
Only custom-made logo is available per to exact order quantities..
4. How can I select the right products?
Please tell us the refrigerated truck box size and temperature demands for the cooling units(Or what goods to delivery), and contact with us we will give professional recommendations for you in the first time.
5. How can I ask for compensation if there is a failure of the units?
Please take photos and video of the failure parts and send to us in the first time; we will send you free spare parts after confirmation if goods are within warranty period. For failures out of warranty period, to be negotiable. Technical support is available for the product life time.
6. Do your company install units after selling?
For international business, we won't provide installation service, but operation and install manual is available if there is a demand.
